First of all, do not put CBD oil in your vape tank! CBD e-liquid and CBD oil are two very different things – CBD e-liquids are specifically designed for vaping. If you put a regular CBD oil (designed to be taken orally) into your e-cigarette device, it will not react very well.
Secondly, it’s best to use a small, low-powered device such as a vape pen or a pod system. This is because CBD e-liquids don’t usually require a lot of power to be vapourised. These types of devices are much easier to use and maintain – plus, if you vape normal e-liquids as well, it’s much easier to have a small and simple device on the side for your CBD.
Another thing you’ll need to consider is the strength of your e-liquid. CBD vape e-liquids contain different amounts of CBD, and therefore have varying potencies. The strength you choose will depend on the severity of your condition (i.e., how strong you want the effects to be), and how often you plan on using your vape. If you want to use your vape throughout the day, you may want to choose a lower strength and vice versa.
If you’re unsure, the best thing to do is start with low strength and use it less frequently, and gradually increase your strength and usage over time until you reach the desired effect.
Once you’ve got your device and your CBD e-liquid ready, it’s the same process as any mouth-to-lung vaping. First, you’ll need to prime your coil. To do so, simply squeeze a few drops of e-liquid onto the coil and leave it for five to ten minutes so that the coil can fully saturate. Then, your device is ready to use! Inhale the vapour in to the mouth, breathe it into the lungs, and then exhale. Start by having just a few puffs and waiting for around 10-20 minutes to see how it affects you. Then you can decide whether to use more or not.
If you have never vaped before, it’s important to note that your coil will need replacing. The frequency of this depends on your usage habits, but on average they need replacing roughly once every two weeks.
What Are CBD E-Liquids Made From?
CBD e-liquids are very similar to normal e-liquids, except they contain CBD! Just like all e-liquids, they have a combination of VG and PG.
